Who it’s for: Any VP of Talent, Director of Recruiting, or Head of TA at a defense electronics, ISR, or cleared manufacturing firm who wants an honest assessment of where Claude.ai fits — or doesn’t — in their current process.

A 60–90 minute working call with Roland. He reviews your open roles, your sourcing approach, your ATS situation, and your tooling stack. Then he walks you through exactly where Claude.ai can practically replace or augment what your team is already doing. You leave with a one-page roadmap and a clear answer to “what do we do first.”

No deck. No pitch. No follow-up proposal unless you ask for one. The session is free for qualified in-house TA teams. If it’s clear within the first fifteen minutes that Mission Integration Group isn’t the right fit, Roland will say so directly.

Practical Claude for Cleared Recruiting Workshop

Who it’s for: In-house TA teams of 2–12 recruiters who want their people using Claude.ai on real open roles by the following Monday. Ideal for teams that have tried Claude informally and gotten inconsistent results.

A half-day or full-day working session, delivered virtually or on-site. Roland teaches your recruiters and TA leaders how to use Claude.ai for the everyday work: cleared candidate sourcing language, requisition analysis, candidate evaluation frameworks, OPSEC-sensitive outreach, follow-up sequencing, ATS re-engagement, and market intelligence on specific program areas and skill sets.

The session runs on your laptops, against your actual open roles. Every exercise is a deliverable your team keeps. No hypotheticals. By end of day your team has working prompts for the five hardest parts of their current workload.

Who it’s for: In-house TA leaders who want ongoing access to Roland’s cleared-recruiting judgment on a standing basis — not a one-time engagement, but a consistent advisory relationship applied wherever the team needs it most each month.

Monthly hours with Roland, allocated based on your team’s current priorities. That might mean tricky requisitions your recruiters can’t crack, Claude prompt review and refinement, OPSEC-sensitive outreach that needs senior judgment, candidate strategy on a high-stakes search, or market intelligence on a program area you haven’t recruited in before.

Three-month minimum. Scope is scoped by hours and focus areas at the start of each month. Not a retainer for work Roland shouldn’t be doing — the advisory relationship stays in its lane.
