Privacy & Data Handling

How we handle data. Why it matters for the cleared world.

Privacy isn’t a compliance checkbox for this audience. It’s a security requirement. Here’s exactly how we operate.

What we collect

Mission Integration Group collects only what you provide directly: your email address when you download a resource or subscribe to the Tuesday Drop, and the information you share on a strategy call or in a contact form. We do not run tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or third-party advertising scripts on this site.

If you book a strategy session, Roland takes notes on your team’s situation and open roles. Those notes live in Roland’s own files and are not shared with any third party. They are used solely to prepare for and follow up on your engagement.

What we don’t collect

We do not collect candidate data. We do not ask for, store, or process the personal information of any candidate in your ATS or pipeline. The workshops and build-with-you engagements are structured so that Roland does not need direct access to your candidate records — you run Claude on your own data, in your own account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Claude.ai and your candidate data

This section matters. If you use Claude.ai on candidate data — which is the core of what Mission Integration Group teaches — the data handling depends on which Anthropic plan your team is using.

Claude Pro (individual, $20/month): By default, Anthropic may use your conversations to improve their models. This is not appropriate for candidate PII or program-sensitive information.

Claude Team ($30/user/month): Your conversations are not used to train Anthropic’s models. This is the minimum plan we recommend for cleared TA teams handling real candidate data.

Claude Enterprise: Additional controls, SSO, and compliance options. Required for certain cleared environments with formal data handling requirements.

The Strategy Session always covers your current Claude configuration and what needs to change before you run real candidate data through it. Getting this wrong isn’t just a privacy issue — it’s a security posture issue for your program.

Email

We use a third-party email platform to send the free resource download and the Tuesday Drop. Your email address is stored on that platform’s servers. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the email footer. Unsubscribing removes you from all Mission Integration Group marketing emails.

We do not send your email address to any other third party. We do not add you to any list without your explicit opt-in.

Contact forms

Contact form submissions are delivered directly to Roland via email. They are not stored in a database on this website. If you submit a contact form, Roland receives your message and any information you include in it. He handles it personally.

Analytics

If we add analytics to this site, we will update this page to reflect it. Our preference is for privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (such as Plausible) that do not build behavioral profiles. We will not add Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will say so explicitly, and we will give you the option to decline.

Your rights

If you want to see what information we have associated with your email address, or if you want us to delete it, email Roland directly at roland@missionintegrationgroup.com. We will respond within five business days. There is no form to fill out. There is no process to navigate. It is a direct request to a person who handles it personally.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated version here with a revision date. We will not bury changes in legalese. The cleared community deserves plain language about how their information is handled.
