FAQ

Questions we get asked before people call.

Straight answers to the things defense TA leaders want to know before booking the Strategy Session.

Who is Mission Integration Group for?

In-house Talent Acquisition leaders at defense electronics, ISR, and security-cleared manufacturers in the US security space. The typical buyer is a VP of Talent, Director of Recruiting, or Head of TA at a 200–5,000-person firm building radars, sensors, comms gear, electronic warfare systems, fire control, ISR platforms, missile defense, or related cleared hardware and software products. If you run a staffing agency or recruit for non-cleared positions, we are not the right fit.

Is this just prompt engineering training?

No. Prompt engineering is a piece of it, but it’s the least interesting piece. The work is understanding which cleared recruiting workflows AI can actually improve, how to structure Claude projects around the specific logic of the cleared talent market, and how to build something your team owns and can extend. Roland brings 27 years of cleared-recruiting judgment to the question of where Claude is actually useful — versus where it sounds useful and isn’t.

Do I need a Claude.ai subscription first?

Yes. Mission Integration Group teaches your team to use Claude.ai — we don’t provide access to it. A Claude Pro subscription is $20/month per user. A Claude Team subscription, which gives you better data privacy controls and is what we generally recommend for cleared TA teams, starts at $30/user/month. Your team needs accounts before we can do meaningful workshop or build-with-you work.

Is my candidate data safe with Claude?

This depends on which Claude plan you use and how you configure it. Claude’s Team and Enterprise plans do not use your prompts or data to train Anthropic’s models. If you are handling candidate PII or any information that touches cleared programs, you should be on a Team or Enterprise plan — not a free or individual Pro account. The Strategy Session always covers your current data handling posture and what to change before you start using Claude on real requisitions.

What ATS systems do you work with?

We’ve worked with Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Lever, and several smaller defense-specific systems. The ATS re-engagement and silver medalist work typically starts with an export from whatever system you’re running — we don’t need API access or direct integration. The Claude workflows are designed to run on exported data, which keeps the security posture clean.

What does the Strategy Session actually cover?

Roland reviews your current open roles, your sourcing approach, your ATS situation, your tooling stack, and how your team currently spends its time. He then walks through where Claude.ai can practically replace or augment each part of the process, ranked by the effort required and the return you’d see. You leave with a one-page roadmap. If it’s clear in the first fifteen minutes that we’re not the right fit, Roland will say so directly and the call ends. No deck, no pitch, no follow-up proposal unless you ask for one.

What’s the difference between Mission Integration Group and Bull Integrations Group?

Bull Integrations Group is the recruiting firm — it places cleared talent for you on a contingency or retained basis. Mission Integration Group is the consulting firm — it teaches your in-house team to do cleared recruiting better using Claude.ai. Same audience, different problem. If you’re not sure which one applies to your current situation, the Strategy Session will make it clear in the first twenty minutes.

How quickly can my team start using what they learn?

The workshop is designed so that your team is running real Claude sessions against your actual open roles before the day ends. The goal is that your recruiters use Claude meaningfully on Monday, not “when they get a chance.” The strategy session produces a roadmap your team can start executing the following week. The retainer provides ongoing support as they do.

Do you offer guarantees?

We don’t offer delivery guarantees or outcomes guarantees. What we offer is Roland’s direct involvement in every engagement, a clear scope before any money changes hands, and a straightforward answer when the fit isn’t right. The cleared recruiting world runs on judgment and trust. We’d rather earn yours than promise something neither of us can control.

What does it cost?

The Strategy Session is free. The workshop is a fixed fee — available on request after the Strategy Session. The Advisor Retainer is a monthly fee — also available on request. We don’t publish rates on the site because scope varies enough that a public rate would mislead more than it informs. The first question on the strategy call is always what you’re trying to solve. The fee conversation follows from that.
